Under the supervision of Marline Francois, LCSW
Hi, I am Alexa Chandler. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and a BA in Psychology from Caldwell University. Over the years, I have been supporting teens and young adults in tackling overwhelming life hurdles from school, work, personal relationships, and family. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life stressors. My go to therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and humanistic therapy. My background includes using a strength-based model and goal oriented treatment planning to respond to individual needs. Through role-play, mindfulness, media, and psychotherapy we can work together to meet your personal goals.
