We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to schedule your first appointment. Your first intake appointment will be 60 minutes and individual therapy sessions are between 45 - 55 minutes.

We accept Aetna insurance, but we do encourage you to call your Aetna insurance company to verify if your plan covers therapy services for telehealth and in-person. While we we verify your insurance details and inquire about your co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance plans. We are an out of network provider with other insurances, but are more than happy to provide you with a superbill. You may be able to obtain reimbursement from your health insurance provider for counseling services. Please call your insurance to inquire about out-of-network reimbursement. All payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, check and HSA.

Yes, we use a secured telehealth platform called Simple Practice to conduct virtual sessions. At this moment, we only provide virtual therapy for clients that reside in the state of New Jersey.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and for any appointments that are not cancelled in advanced or for no-show/no calls, a $165 fee will be applied to the account.
