How long are the therapy sessions?

We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to schedule your first appointment. 
Your first intake appointment will be 60 minutes and individual therapy sessions are between 45 - 55 minutes.

Do we accept health insurances?

Accepted Answer

We accept Aetna insurance, but we do encourage you to call your Aetna insurance company to verify if your plan covers therapy services for telehealth and in-person. 
 
While we we verify your insurance details and inquire about your co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance plans.

We are an out of network provider with other insurances, but are more than happy to provide you with a superbill. You may be able to obtain reimbursement from your health insurance provider for counseling services.  Please call your insurance to inquire about out-of-network reimbursement.

Do we offer virtual sessions?

Yes, we use a secured telehealth platform called Simple Practice to conduct virtual sessions. At this moment, we only provide virtual therapy for clients that reside in the state of New Jersey.

Psychotherapy sessions (45 minutes) - $165
Couples Therapy sessions (90 minutes) - $250

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and for any appointments that are not cancelled in advanced or for no-show/no calls, a $165 fee will be applied to the account.
