Dr. Jessica Elliott is a Licensed Associate Counselor who has been working in the mental health field for 7 years. Jessica has experience working with children, teens, and young adults in inpatient, outpatient, foster care, and community mental health settings.
Jessica graduated from Rutgers University with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2013 and then graduated from William Paterson University with her Master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology in 2016. Jessica received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University in 2022.
Jessica has provided individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and consultation related to concerns such as interpersonal difficulties, identity issues, emotion regulation, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. She has completed training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and utilizes Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, and Humanistic approaches in order to best meet the needs of the person sitting before her.
