As a therapist, my aim is to use my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to equip my clients with strategies to lessen anxiety and depression, handle stressful situations, and feel confident. Combined, my training focuses on using the mind body connection to improve mood, achieve healthy balance, & enhance overall well-being. I have experience working with adults and teenagers in diverse areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, and loss/grief.
My passion is to create a safe and judgment free zone for you to talk freely, identify your goals, and discover your inner strengths.
