Life stressors and times of change can bring forth feelings of loneliness, fear of what will happen next, or feelings of discouragement. Have there been times when you felt like life isn’t fair? Having difficulty letting go of past mistakes or pattern of negative thinking? Feeling quickly overwhelmed or struggling with trauma from your past? Do you find it hard to find the words to identify or manage how you feel?
As a therapist, my aim is to use my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to equip my clients with strategies to lessen anxiety and depression, handle stressful situations, and feel confident. Combined, my training focuses on using the mind body connection to improve mood, achieve healthy balance, & enhance overall well-being. I have experience working with adults and teenagers in diverse areas such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, and loss/grief.
My passion is to create a safe and judgment free zone for you to talk freely, identify your goals, and discover your inner strengths. I am excited to assist your process of personal growth and positive change. Let’s begin your journey of healing and discovering the best version of yourself together.
