Hearts Empowerment Counseling Center (HECC) is a group therapy practice in Essex County, New Jersey that provides a safe space for women and adolescent girls through individual, group, and family therapy.
Whether you need a confidential ear to vent or support; my mission is to help you improve your life. I provide compassion and a non-judgmental, culturally sensitive environment that allows others to express themselves, uncover the barriers to achieving happiness, stability, and success.
